The terms that govern your use of the Sky LLC platform. Last updated September 7, 2026.
1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using the Sky LLC lead-delivery platform, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. The service
Sky LLC provides a marketplace for consumer lead data related to loan and credit applications. Leads are delivered to your portal in real time, via CSV export, or by push to your CRM. You are responsible for how you use, store, and contact the consumer data you receive.
3. Compliance & permitted use
You agree to use lead data in compliance with all applicable laws, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), and applicable state and federal telemarketing and privacy laws. You are solely responsible for your own opt-out and consent obligations.
4. Payments
You pay per lead by topping up your account balance. Cryptocurrency payments (Bitcoin, Litecoin, and USDT) are non-refundable once confirmed. All sales are final except where required by law.
5. No warranty
The platform and lead data are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. Sky LLC does not guarantee a specific number of leads, response rate, or conversion outcome.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sky LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
